Camelot Spa has developed journeys based on the natural bio-rhythms of one's body during the changing of each season, thereby ensuring a recipe of good health. The Perennial Tea ceremony, at the beginning of every treatment, represents the elements of nature, and welcomes you to a true spa experience.

|
The spa is a fusion of textures with varying hues of white and hints of green. Our facilities include a Double Treatment Room of couples, Hydro bath, Turkish Steam Room, Floatation pool and Relaxation Area.
Unique feature areas have been added in the decor to delight and inspire as you walk through the spa. Combining these elements as well as Camelot Spa's consistently high standards and attention to detail, this spa is set to become the Cape's leading in-city spa. |

Synergy on 7
Synergy on 7 at Mandela Rhodes Place presents itself as a new space for lunch & dinner to escape into a theatre of dining. Here the menu is a classic-meets-modern affair with fresh new flavours and an emphasis on colour.
On the menu there are dishes devised over the years as well as new flavours such as: a signature Mediterranean vegetable terrine with the earthy flavours of truffle and olive oil for starters while, for main courses, chef Dominique Guebert has created the collusion of his love for classical French cuisine with new world flavours such as his Roast saddle of lamb with baked butternut, baby onions, capers and mint and; the Tuna with green beans, tomato, baby marrow, olives & garlic in a rosemary sauce. And for dessert consider a fresh berry pancake soufflè in an orange liqueur or a Chocolate fondant with white chocolate mousse, amarula and peppermint crisp. |
Cape Town is definitely not a city for the housebound. One foot in this vibrant city and you will be accosted by a myriad of places to visit, cuisines to sample, beaches to bronze in, art, history, culture to soak up and a night life second to none.
