Nkwali
In keeping with the pioneering philosophy of Robin Pope Safaris, Nkwali Safari Camp, in the South Luangwa National Park, has been designed so that guests always look out – to the bush and to the Luangwa River. The central bar and lounge area has been built around an ancient ebony tree and sports a traditional thatched roof, but no walls. Decking stretches out towards the riverbank so that guests can dine beneath the stars while gazing at the moon reflected on the river.

Nsefu
On a sweeping bend of the river, 12 kilometers north of Tena Tena, lies Nsefu. Nsefu was the first photographic safari camp in Zambia and dates back to the early fifties. The Nsefu Sector was recognised then as a phenomenal area and it still is. We re-opened the camp in 1999, in keeping with the original style, and so operate the only two camps in the Nsefu Sector of the park.

Tena Tena
"Tena Tena Camp is altogether beyond superlatives, and must be one of the best safari camps in the whole of Africa" The Times, London.
This remote and small camp lies within the National Park and enjoys a stunning location on a sweeping bend of the Luangwa River.
